Chin Tuck Neck Stretch

Stretches out the neck using your hands for guidance.

  1. With your hands behind your head gently push back into your hands. Draw your chin straight back as if you are trying to make a double chin. Do not push too hard otherwise you may strain your neck.

  2. Recommended Reps: do 2 times, holding for about 10 seconds.
