Diagonal Rear Delt Exercise with Band

This is a very simple shoulder exericse

  1. Stand with feet slightly a part. Both hands should be gripping one end of the band with about 2-3 feet of band between them. Have your left hand in front slightly above your head, and your right hand down in front of your chest.

  2. Exhale and pull both arms away from each other on a diagonal, expanding the length of the band. Hold for 2-5 seconds and release.

  3. DO 10-12 reps to complete this exercise.
