Dumbbell Triceps Extensions - Behind Neck

This exercise focuses on working the triceps muscle.

  1. Stand straight with feet together, and your left arm resting at your side. Have your right arm bent above your shoulder, and a dumbbell grasped in your right hand slightly behind the head.

  2. Exhale and bend your arm slightly upwards making sure that your back stays straight.

  3. Fully extend the arm towards the ceiling and hold for 2-3 seconds. Inhale and lower arm to start position.

  4. Do 10-12 reps for both arms.
