Lying Knee Extensions with Exercise Ball

This is a simple inner thigh and quad exercise to get you used to moving the exercise ball.

  1. Lying on the floor, have your legs extended straight up with the ball between your feet. Arms should be straight out to the sides, head resting on the floor.

  2. Inhale and bend legs down into table top position to form a 90 degree angle. Hold for 2 seconds, and return to start position for 1 rep.
